Nottinghamshire County Council is launching a new bus service : Nottsbus On Demand starts on 15 May, connecting villages such as East Leake, West Leake, Barton-in-Fabis, Hathern, Sutton Bonnington and Kegworth.
With Nottsbus On Demand you choose when you want to travel by booking your journey through an easy-to-use app or over the phone.
Their buses don’t have a fixed route, they can travel anywhere between bus stops and designated points within the operating zones, where there is not already a scheduled bus service running.
Smart technology will match your journey with other customers travelling in the same direction so you can be picked up along the way.
With buses available to book daily between 7am and midnight, Nottsbus On Demand offers a flexible way for you to reach your destination. Whether you’re travelling to work, planning a family day out or a night out with friends, Nottsbus On Demand service will take you where you want, when you want.
