As part of the King’s Coronation Celebrations, we’re organising an afternoon tea party in the village.

From 3pm on Sunday 7th May, our event will be hosted in Henrietta’s paddock (next to the church) and all villagers (and their guests) are welcome to attend.

 

FOOD & DRINK
We’re asking everyone to bring along their own picnic food and drink (maybe some celebratory fizz?). No refreshments are being provided, although tea will be available if we are forced to decamp to the village hall in the event of inclement weather.

 

SEATING
Please bring along your own festival chairs, deckchairs or picnic blankets.

 

ENTERTAINMENT
Against a backdrop of typically rousing patriotic music, the committee will be coordinating a whole series of fun family games and races, such as three-legged races; egg & spoon races; throwing and catching challenges, as well as plenty of silly games along the way!
